I don't have specific information but all tests have a certain minimum sensitivity. Diluting urine in clean toilet water will dilute the beta HCG by the ratio of the relative volumes. A mighty piss would be more easily detected than a little tinkle. A pregnancy test would only be helpful if positive in this case.
