I run into that a lot and it's typical of scammers they always claim that they're not in town and then when you try to message them when they're supposedly back in town you get no response because the number doesn't exist anymore.

She's giving me the sob story hard about bad financial situation, but she's close by and she's the right amount of eager. I'm going to play this one forward a little bit and see how it goes.

I will say that women are responding more just to seeing their profile is viewed, or being favorite-d. They'll initiate the conversation. Whereas before, they would not! I think they know, the pickings are slim. So go for it and put yourself out there? I dunno but definitely seems like the atmosphere has changed in SA.

Its really a toss up. I would say that it depends. If its a new profile that is NOT in your area (I. E. Chicago) then don't bother. Fake.

If its in your area. See how the profile reads. I like to see how much thought they have put into their profiles. If there seems to be some sense of personality then I will reach out. Newbies to SA can pay off HUGE dividends.

Are you talking about Walmart money card or gift card. Walmart money card now require your SSN to register but how about gift card?

Seeking's FAQ and help site says that prepaid cards should work. I bought one that was prepaid and had Visa / MC on it. The payment didn't process and I opened a ticket with SA. It took a week or so for them to respond, but the help desk person gave me a number to call. Called and they processed it live. Everything was great.
