I am not an expert but I had a sort of baby in S. Florida who was introduced to me, or freestyle.

I paid my baby much less, ppm was low and she didn't see me more than once per week. Later this frequency decreased.

If that figure is coming from SA, then the interpretation of those numbers is probably wrong.
