Quick update-I tried the card again (same exact info and no typos on first pass) and it worked. So, who knows what's going on with their processing capabilities but the card was accepted this time for what its worth.

I agree, I actually talked her down to 250 but then I backed out, she was trying last minute quotes saying she will provide addons (which we agreed to earlier anyway -) she's definitely trying to take advantage of newbies.
