Seemed fishy so stood my ground and told her I don't do online payments especially if I haven't met in person first. Her location says, Illinois vs. Chicago. She could be from Chicago I suppose but after I told her no online payments, she went radio silence. There are a good number of girls trying to scam you to send money to them online--just don't do it guys.

Here's another that is trying to scam and get you to send money. She sent a couple on snap then hits you up for money.

If not, someone on the web has your identity and you are trusting it to them. The two I mentioned, Tor and Epic, are free downloads. I run them off a flash drive. No evidence left behind on the laptop.
Private internet access dot com is a good service. I sometimes have to cycle my iPhone airplane mode with vpn. Check their website for terms. Sudo pay allows for one time credit card numbers. Sudo app is nice way to communicate w providers. Text. Phone. Email. Free.

I use PIA for my extra curricular activities.

Wants me to send money. Got bitchy, when I stated I don't send money to people I have not met.

There's no way for them to get your name and phone from an IP address unless they get it from your internet provider which they would need a court order to do. That's my understanding.

Yeah, think about it. If you go on the site and search for your number, they are going to hit you right back with a text saying they have your # (which they definitely do) and photo, perhaps more. My reaction is to just never go to those sites. I luckily haven't ever gotten such a message, but I have run into profiles on SA that seemed aimed only at getting my # and a real pic. I defer, saying I'd like to know them more before I share a private pic, and they usually give up.

Maybe a coincidence, maybe not, but I visited the site yesterday from the discussion on this board and poked around for a couple minutes . Then the next day Im listed on the site !

Can you tell me where you explained how to get pic off the site.
It was a while back and might have been in another thread. Most of the pics are hosted on IMGUR. IMGUR has a removal policy. Google it.
