Maybe some more senior experts on the search function can give some help? I use the name provider uses on BP, I use the last 4 of her phone number, nothing. It might be that I'm just searching for stuff that no one has even talked about before, but I'm not sure how likely that is with such an active Indy board.

Maybe there is a nice post someone already wrote up that you can point me towards.

As an example: I'm trying to find something about Khloe (http://indianapolis.backpage.com/Fem.../khloe/7221265), so I go to backpage review section, I type in Khloe, 0492 hit that search button, nothing comes up. I know not everyone posts a name / last 4 of provided phone, sometimes just the link, maybe that's what I'm hitting.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

It sounds like you are doing right on the name. Only a select few of the reports have the phone in it. Do you have any more examples of failed searches. The example you gave, I cannot remember ever being reviewed here.

    Reviews

As members of this community, we all have an obligation to provide reviews and reports of our experiences. Without the reviews this place will quickly fall apart. This has already happened on many city's boards. Look at the Houston, TX board. A city of 2 million and only the massage parlor thread has had any activity in the last week. Even that thread has less than 600 reports, compared to our 7200 reports.

If you want this board to continue to be useful, post your reports. If you want your reports to be useful, here's some advice.

KISS: Keep it simple stud, because if you take the time to read the whole thread, you're obviously not stupid. You're not writing a novel and it's not a porn script. The size of your penis isn't relevant. Cover the following basic information:

Communication. Problems? Clarity? Does she accept texts? Were there any concerns you had?

Location. Did you feel like you had stumbled onto the set of "Escape From New York"? Hotel, motel, private residence?

Photos. Did the 9. 5 in the photo turn into a 2. 5 at the door? Did the 125# girl pack on an extra 100# after the picture was taken?

Company. Was anyone else present, or nearby? Is she sharing a room with another provider or a pimp / bf? Did you have any interaction with the company?

Cleanliness. Both the room and the provider. Odors? Trash? Animals? Rotting corpses? Cigarette smoke or pet hair can cause problems for some and nobody wants to smell a neglected litter box while trying to get their rocks off.

Service. Did it feel like the first time with a new girlfriend or the last time with an ex-wife? Was it mechanical, stroke 2 minutes, BJ 2 minutes, Mish 3 minutes, doggy 3 minutes, "are you done yet"? Or was it an open menu? Did she direct or let you take charge? Did she act like she enjoyed it, or couldn't wait to get it over with?

Provider. A lot of the providers out there, especially on BP are worse for wear. Stretch marks, sagging everywhere, no muscle tone, needle marks, bad tattoos, the list goes on. While none of these things may matter to you, they are deal breakers for others. Cover the basics.

Lastly, keep it objective. If you weren't happy with the experience, don't turn it into a vendetta, just explain the problem. If you had a great visit, don't turn it into a PR campaign. As Joe Friday used to say, "Just the facts. ".

There are two types of fake pictures. The first is clear and sharp, sometimes with the face blurred. The body is perfect, lighting just right, hair and makeup professionally done. Looks like a model, or a top shelf porn actress. There's a reason for this. The pictures are of a model or a top shelf porn actress. Your chances of finding a supermodel working out of an eastside dump for $140/ hr are about the same as your chance of waking up to find you've grown a vagina on your palm. For many of those ads you won't find anyone, they are picture collecters, people getting traffic for a website or scam artists. You're wasting your time.

The other obvious fakes are the grainy, blurry pictures, that look like they were taken with a cheap Polaroid, 25 years ago. They are heavily pixelated and difficult to see clearly. These are snaps, or grabs from other pictures. Here's how it works. You're a provider, or more likely a pimp and you see an ad for a provider that looks like your girl looked before a combination of meth and twinkies turned her into an extra for "The Walking Dead". So you do a screen capture of the pictures, or if you're not smart enough for that, you take a picture of the screen with your flip phone. The picture you have is too small, so you scale it up to a bigger size. Except that doesn't work. When you're taking a picture and zoom in, you are capturing more detail. When you zoom in on a picture, there is no more detail available, all you're doing is spreading out the detail. When you respond to these ads you will probably find a provider who looks something like the picture, same number of arms, legs, eyes and ears, maybe less teeth, more warts.

Attached are 3 examples. The first is from one of the Asian incall ads (which have been reported as legit). This is a model picture and is not the person who will meet you at the door. Google finds the image on several Chinese picture sites.

Next is the zoomed image from a screen capture. The only thing you can be certain of is, you won't find this girl if you respond to this ad.

The last one is probably a reasonably honest escort picture. It's clear and sharp, but obviously amateur. There's a good chance the person who answers the door looks like the picture, maybe older, maybe heavier, maybe a different hair color, but still the same person.

I'm not recommending for or against any of these, they are just some examples I grabbed from BP. Do your research.
Just saying, but Leah is very real, looks better than that pic, which is recent and a whole bunch of fun if memory serves me right. So to sum it up, you are dead on point.

Although I don't have a ton of AMP experience, I've felt confident and comfortable during my excursions because of the information I've obtained from this site. As you eluded to, most of the locations can be discovered via a little common sense detective work and effort (but mostly effort). If someone reads your AMP 101 post and still isn't sure how to act and what to do, then they probably should just stay home. Seriously -- stay home.

Anyways, thanks again -- this should make it a lot easier for those out there that haven't tried an AMP before.

AMPs 102 - Deciphering the Codes

About once every week I get a message in my inbox that goes something like "I can't decipher the codes can you tell me where AMP xyz is?" Almost every request comes from a user with 0 posts. Usually I ignore them. If they won't even take the time to introduce themselves to the board, why should I take the time to educate them?

However, in the completely misguided belief this will stop all those messages, I've decided to write a tutorial on how to crack the codes.

If you've ever ridden down the highway listening to the truckers talking on the CB, you might have felt the same confusion. One driver is heading to shaky and another is talking about a bad wreck he saw on cabbage, which gets someone else talking about grapevine. If you don't speak the language, it makes no sense. Shaky is Los Angeles, Cabbage is Emigrant Pass in eastern Oregon, and Grapevine is the hill north of Shaky on I-5 (also mentioned in the song "Hot Rod Lincoln" Most of it makes sense once you learn the code.

The Indy AMP code is no different, except there are a few problems. Some of the AMPs have changed names or no longer advertise. This makes it difficult to figure them out. Others advertise, but don't mention the name in the ad. However, the majority can be figured out one of 3 ways, spa name, spa neighbors or spa suite number (more specifically letter).

Part of cracking the code requires effort on your part. First read the forum, not just the last 10 posts, but go back 6 months or a year. This will clear up some of the codes because the places are identified in more than one way. It will also increase your knowledge level, always a good thing.

The other work you should do is to go and check out the AMPs yourself, not just the one that someone just posted a review for, but all of them, at least the ones near your preferred area. This will not only help crack the code in many places, but it will familiarize you with the location. Do you really want to get all excited about an AMP visit only to bump into your brother in law, who works next door?

Before running around town, pop up different AMP addresses on Google Maps. If there's a Midas shop next door, you probably just found the Muffler Shop.

Probably the one place you won't crack is "mermaid", the name is changed and they don't mention the name in their ads. Of course, if you noticed that Mermaid has also been called Popeyes, and find a location northwest very close to a chicken place, you might figure it out. If you venture south from there, you can also find Angel and Ni (or Ni Ni, or the Knights who say Ni). But you won't figure these things out unless you're willing to put forth some effort. As for "H", there is only one AMP in town with "H" in the address, you can find their ads on either BP or CL. It's not that difficult.

The big question is, "Why don't you just tell us?" If it's not that hard to figure out, it's not exactly a secret. Others might have a different answer, this is mine.

I enjoy AMPs, if I could afford it, I'd visit 5 times per week or more. If I just told everyone who asked, "this is the address, she does this, this and this for this price", someone will show up there, walk in and say give me this, because I know you do it. Next thing the place is either raided or has stopped all extras because of the people demanding extras. If you have to put a little bit of effort in, then you're more likely to appreciate the service and treat the girl properly. This keeps her happy, which means she will continue to keep me happy.

So, read the reviews, look at the ads, try to find the ad that matches, go out and visit some places and before you pm me asking "where is H" write some reviews.

Or just ask for my address. You can come by, give me money and I'll squirt some baby oil on you.

Introduction to AMPs, Mongering Science 101

Welcome to the wonderful world of mongering. Today's lesson is on AMP Etiquette. AMP stands for Asian Massage Parlor.

First, let's clear up a common misconception, every AMP does not offer something beyond a massage. Some barely offer a massage. Finding a location that offers everything you want requires lots of research and frequent disappointment.

I'll assume you've taken the time to RTFF and have found a likely location. Now it's time for your first visit. Here's the step-by-step guide to increase your chances of a happy ending.

    1. Preparation. Take a shower. I've been told westerners, even when clean smell different to Asians. If the masseuse has to hold her nose, your massage will suffer. On the way, make certain you have enough cash. As a general rule, you should have at least $100, this covers the hour massage and the standard tip for minimum happiness. Double the amount if you hope to achieve full satisfaction happiness.

    2. Arrival. If it's your first visit, do a drive by to locate the business. A car creeping through the parking lot looks suspicious. This allows you to drive in with confidence, on the off chance someone is watching it looks like you are a repeat customer.

    3. Entry. Most AMPs require you to pass through 2 doors, at least 1 will be locked. Look around for the buzzer or doorbell. Ring once and wait. Once someone comes to open the door, you'll either be ushered inside or be asked to come back later. No matter which, smile and greet the woman. Attitude at this point is crucial. If you're asked to come back later, don't argue or beg. Find out how long and tell her okay. If you don't have the time, save your money for another day.

    4. Payment. Either just before or after being led to the massage room you'll be asked how long you want and you'll have to pay. This is another important point. The experienced customer knows (with a few exceptions) 30 minutes is $40,60 is $60. If you're new, take the full hour, it will help you get more comfortable. On the off chance the price is $70, just tell her you didn't know the price went up. It covers the slip and suggests you are an old customer.

    5. In the room. Usually you'll be left alone to undress. You don't need to wait until she's gone, just get started, she's going to see everything soon enough. Strip and lay on the table face down. There's probably a towel on the table. Rookies use it to cover their ass, everyone else just moves it out of the way. One note, have your tip somewhere easy to get to, some want cash in hand before anything else in hand.

5 a. Table shower. If a table shower is offered, take it. It's going to help you relax and it's going to give you an indication of how the massage will progress. If she avoids washing anywhere improper, you're probably out of luck. On the other hand, if she goes out of her way to make sure you're clean, it's going to be a good day.

    6. Massage. In my experience, most massages start with the masseuse standing at the head end of the table, and they will rub from your shoulders down to your butt. For this reason I lay with my hands dangling off the table by my head. This allows me to reach out and start testing the boundaries. Don't get too greedy, keep it gentle and stay outside the thighs. You can roam higher and lower as she gets used to your touch. Unless she moves to get your hand between her legs, stay away, for now. If you go too fast she'll shut you down. During the massage I try to keep one hand in contact.

    7. The tease. After she moves to the side of the table, hopefully, comes the tease. This occurs one of two ways. Either she will see how far around your ass crack goes or she will see how far up your leg goes. To make the most of the tease, you should adjust your compass needle so it's pointing south and to the same side she is on. Warning. Some will offer to check your oil level at this point. React according to your wishes.

    8. The flip. Eventually you'll be asked or gestured to turn over. Now you find out if you've done everything right. Many places will just point and ask. They will then point to the various options and hold up fingers to indicate the tip for that option. If you see an option you can't quite afford, tell her "I only have X dollars. " Maybe she will give you the "next time you bring more" line and give you the discount, or she might offer an extra with the lower priced option to get all your money.

    9. Self service. Occasionally, at seeing your anatomy standing at attention you'll be told to take matters in your own hands. Some people will take her hand and place it and insist. I don't recommend this approach, because that's an uncle move. Either decline and probably have your time cut short, or go ahead and take your time. After a few minutes she might pitch in to speed things along. If nothing else, it establishes you're not a member of uncle's family. This could factor in for future visits.

    10. Limits. Each AMP and each masseuse has their limits and they may change for each visit. One girl who wouldn't let my hands get anywhere interesting, dropped her pants and placed my hand in her crotch on the next visit. Another went from BBBJ to self service. If you get told no, respect it and take what's offered. You might be in for a surprise next time.

    Now go out and TOFTT.
