It sure of the legal terms but it appears that if you bond out on original chrge but have a fta at a later date the court goes back to the bondsman and takes the full amount back so the bondsman is on the hook. Wouldn't someone have to put up collateral? Assume 10% cash PMT. Either way, seemsike somebody is out some $ and she can't earn in the hotel.
