With that law in place; Short-term rentals (STRs) on Oahu are defined as lodging that is provided for less than 30 consecutive days. These STRs are only allowed in resort-zoned areas and in a few apartment-zoned areas.

In April 2022, the Honolulu City Council passed Bill 41 (CO22-7), which increased the minimum stay at an STR in a non-resort area from 30 to 90 days. The bill went into effect on October 23,2022. The city argues that these rental properties are driving up property prices in Honolulu and disrupting the local way of life. Yes, it was blocked by a Judge, but that is another long story between the City and the Property owners. I will say this, since I have known her since the latter 90's, savvy savvy lady, as a few other providers (you Seniors probably know who I am talking about). HEY, why not you got the CA $H, make money work for you and not you for it. Plus I did not realize until our discussions that she is pretty tiny (not petite) but ok I guess. Requires Jennifer, Yuri, Hanabi, and lux to reveal their age. We all know women rarely reveal their age to a stranger especially in this business. Imo who cares. He even said back 3/17/22 that she looks 39. I just know I have to be gentle when I'm 1/3 way in and need to gradually work in the other 2/3. We use lube to get started but after I work myself in. She's is all natural.

Hanabi is a bit more available than junko. It takes awhile for junko to return calls and text.

Yes, it makes a big difference when one does daily physical exercises to increase the cardio circulation verses the laying on back sexercises when the man does all the "work". Hanabi would certainly benefit from cardio exercises, but to each their own. Never met up with Jennifer / Junko and probably won't.
