    Colonoscopy

A digital prostate exam is minimally uncomfortable but also not 100% reliable.

While surgical treatment of prostate cancer (prostatectomy) is a fairly simple surgical procedure, it is still surgery and comes with a wide range of risks (and a few very unpleasant certainties). Your sex life will never be the same. Your penis may be shorter after the surgery. Erections will never be as easy to achieve or as durable. No more cum shots, cream pies, facials or pearl necklaces. Ever.

Don't get me wrong. The life changes after prostatectomy are far better than dying from cancer but they are very significant and shouldn't be overlooked!! It ain't easy getting old.
    Yearly colonoscopy is best.

    No reason for prostate issues.

    Prostrate Cancer. Really

Just found out about a guy who has had prostrate issues for years, he's mid 60's, has major cancer issue. He's ignored all the obvious signs. He got worse by the day. Recently he had his girlfriend take him to the ER. He couldn't take a piss.

He has cancer, big time. They're going to operate soon.

Meanwhile, he has to wear a diaper, he pisses constantly. Like a dribbling faucet.

Given my own history, he advised against it.

At least, get annual PSA tests and monitor with your doctor.

You can also get hcg from Paradigm Peptides based in Tennessee, no prescription.

That's so true brother! I always do a thorough warm up, I don't lift more than I can control with strict and proper form, I also do a proper warm down, incorporate stretching into my daily routine and of course, I regularly get a good massage from legit LMTs that know what they are doing. Getting injured when you're older sucks because it takes longer to heal. So, be very careful and if in doubt, hire a good personal trainer.

A physical therapist friend of mine suggested heavy weight training when I complained of "feeling old" and not having the kind of energy and libido I used to have. I did some research and found lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormonesspecifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. In addition, lifting heavy weights increases production of the hormone IGF-1. This hormone is related to the production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), which is a neurotransmitter responsible for stimulating the growth of new neural pathways in the brain along with enhancing communication between existing pathways. In short, lifting heavy enhances cognitive function. I certainly cannot lift the same amount of weight I used to when I was in my 20's and 30's as I am now in my 60's but ever since I started incorporating heaver weights into my training (70 to 80% of max for 6 to 8 reps on my heavy routine days), it's made a huge difference! I feel way better and my libido is great. Plus I'm looking much better as the heavier weight / low rep sessions have definitely increased muscle size.

I'm in my 50's now and just not feeling as strongly horny as I used to be. Before I would get turned on just seeing Suji or Leii or Connie walk in the room now seems it doesn't get hard until they start sucking it. I'm thinking about going non-prescription vitamins.

My libido. What's happening and why?

In the recent past rog got horny and seeked satisfaction every 2 weeks or so. But lately has been seeking satisfaction at least once every week.

Is it the cooler winter weather? Idk, I didn't have this problem (last winter. Diet? Maybe, more fish fruit, and veggies. Yoga, exercise and acupuncture? Maybe, my back pain is almost gone.

Idk but, I'm going to enjoy myself and the many hers as long a the bank accounts hold out.

    I'm enjoying old age! Rog.

    Pineapple juice

Recently, a AMP provider recommended after the BBBJCIM that drinking pineapple juice prior to the session would make the man-juice taste sweeter. Has anyone to tried this? How much do you need to drink and how far in advance?

Yes, and that can be logical. First, the DRE (digital rectal examination) is lubricated, relatively quick and not significantly painful for most patients. For me, it was slightly uncomfortable but not painful at all. Second, as the American Cancer Society states, overall "DRE is less effective than the PSA blood test in finding prostate cancer, but it can sometimes find cancers in men with normal PSA levels". Third, medical research has shown that a higher percentage of prostate cancers can be found with a combination of both DRE and PSA testing than by using either one alone.

Have you tried a place called Life Restore MD? It's on Kapiolani. I haven't been there but have heard them advertising on the radio.
