    Mouthwash & Blood Pressure

Talking about blood pressure, who would have thought this would be bad, but it's true.

Not familiar with the supplemental side but I've read that watermelon is good for combating ED. Some of my Chinese friends swear by goji berry.

    Supplements

Try some magnesium glycinate and zinc.

I tried natural products in the past from health food stores with little or no satisfactory results and went back to the generic V. Also, tried generic Cialis and some others with lesser results than the V for me. Everyone reacts differently, so if you go this route then you may want to see which one works best.

I'm in my 50's now and just not feeling as strongly horny as I used to be. Before I would get turned on just seeing Suji or Leii or Connie walk in the room now seems it doesn't get hard until they start sucking it. I'm thinking about going non-prescription vitamins.

Don't ask me, I'm not a doctor. But it changes the chemistry in a way that alters your PSA reading accuracy. My urologist made a very big deal about this. Years ago there was a significant change in the 'trend' of my numbers. He drilled me with questions about my 'habits' the two weeks prior. So it was enough for him to notice.

If you're going to do it, do it right or it's useless info.
Based on what my Dr said, I avoid pseudoephedrine, any type of sex, bike riding, heavy lifting or weights, etc. The pseudoephedrine tenses up your prostate when you piss, causing a higher PSA number.

Create an account at Good Rx care. https://www.goodrx.com.

    Start free 30 day trial.

Create a virtual visit to the Dr and fill in the ED section answer as truthfully or not as you want.

They will prescribe Viagra or Cialis.

Then go to good Rx to search for the drug prescribed from different pharmacy in your area and get a coupon.

I got 30 50 mg Viagra for $7.98 after my $19 virtual visit.

After this I can get one refill a few months later.

Give it a go and thank me later.

    Colonoscopy not applicable

Sorry guy. You got your cancers confused. Colonoscopy is applicable for colon cancer and will only find very advanced prostate cancer that has spread to the colon. Way too late to be of much help.

PSA (prostate specific antigen) blood test looks at the level of a normally present auto-immune response hormone that is specific to the prostate. Elevated levels of of this antigen are a direct measure of problems if some sort with the prostate. The inaccuracy factor with test is because the antigen levels will also be elevated by other prostate issues (infection, trauma, etc). Elevated antigen levels will usually result in repeating the blood test a week to a month later. If antigen levels return to normal or near normal levels, no further action is usually called for.

In my case, it took 3 years of intermittently elevated PSA levels and 2 prostate biopsies for me to decide to undergo the surgery. It's been more than 2 years since the surgery and I've resigned myself to living with the results. It's far from perfect but I am, apparently, cancer free. The ongoing consequences of the surgery have changed my life but I can expect to have a life now.

The American Cancer Society reports that the five-year survival rate for "localized" prostate cancer is above ninety-nine percent, but if the prostate cancer becomes "distant" (has spread to body parts such as the lungs, liver, or bones), the five-year survival rate drops to thirty-one percent. So early discovery is important.
