Who's your MT? She sounds like she's good since she has patience dealing with ED clients. I don't have that issue but just the fact she deals with that I'm guessing she's really good at her job.

I recommend for you to see your MT if she is offering help. Good technique helps. A good massagee with some experienced ' Lomi Lomi' healing hands can wake up the dead. (Head).
My last experience I was at a ' legitimate ' shop, with bebedees on. (house rules) so I was not ready after the flip, still soft. She was rubbing my inner thighs and groin. I Whispered, asking if she could help. She whispered back saying your not ready, looking at the clock she held up 8 fingers meaning 8 minutes left. Gave her the thumbs up, she pulled down the underwear and went to town. Blew a load on the 8 minute mark. We both smiled with success. FME.

I was sexually active before this all happened and now in my current state, I'm looking forward to the next step in life with a very different sexual experience. I'd like to hear from anyone about their sexual experiences after prostatectomy. How long did you wait till you resumed sex or masturbation? My massage therapist is eager to have me come in. She claims to have experience with other male clients with my condition. I could surely use a good massage and a HE, if she knows how to handle someone with severe erectile dysfunction after surgery.

It's very unfortunate that this has happened to you. There is one product out there I think may help you. It's called Trimix. It involves the use of an auto-injector pen that injects the product directly near the base of your dick. That sounds scary, but it's not painful at all. I've used it before and, believe me, it will get you hard as a rock whether you are horny or not. You have to be careful to monitor and adjust the dosage to avoid a hard-on lasting in excess of 4 hours because anything longer than that is in the danger zone. Some places here in Honolulu offer it. It's not cheap at approx $25 per dose, but it really works.

Mouthwash & Blood Pressure
Talking about blood pressure, who would have thought this would be bad, but it's true.

Not familiar with the supplemental side but I've read that watermelon is good for combating ED. Some of my Chinese friends swear by goji berry.

Supplements
Try some magnesium glycinate and zinc.

I tried natural products in the past from health food stores with little or no satisfactory results and went back to the generic V. Also, tried generic Cialis and some others with lesser results than the V for me. Everyone reacts differently, so if you go this route then you may want to see which one works best.

I'm in my 50's now and just not feeling as strongly horny as I used to be. Before I would get turned on just seeing Suji or Leii or Connie walk in the room now seems it doesn't get hard until they start sucking it. I'm thinking about going non-prescription vitamins.

Prior to taking a test, you can Not have sex or jerk off.

Don't ask me, I'm not a doctor. But it changes the chemistry in a way that alters your PSA reading accuracy. My urologist made a very big deal about this. Years ago there was a significant change in the 'trend' of my numbers. He drilled me with questions about my 'habits' the two weeks prior. So it was enough for him to notice.
If you're going to do it, do it right or it's useless info.
Based on what my Dr said, I avoid pseudoephedrine, any type of sex, bike riding, heavy lifting or weights, etc. The pseudoephedrine tenses up your prostate when you piss, causing a higher PSA number.
