I just noticed it's not just 1 test for all. There's HIV, STD, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, and Herpes.

Do you guys just do all every month? Or just the HIV and STD ones every 2 weeks?

You can get tested as much as you like. I do mine once a year, I include it in my annual checkup. You'll have to tell your doctor about your high risk sex activity for them to order the long list of STD tests you'll want, they usually don't order tests if there's no real reason for it.

STD in mouth, yeah definitely. The mouth can have herpes, chlamydia and gonorrhea, plus all the familiar diseases that come out of the mouth like cold, flu, covid.

You don't have to lick pussies or kiss women in these places. It is not a monger obligation. Most providers generally don't start kissing their clients until they start becoming regulars anyway. (I had a few exceptions).

If you take PreP, which you can likely get from you health plan or Public Health service, it provides 99% protection from AIDS. The other STDs are an easy cure. I'm an older guy and cannot cum with a condom. I go bare 100% of the time to include with PFP ladies. I don't do the back alley druggies but if you're with a pro bar girl or pro massage therapist you're likely OK if you're on PreP and get yourself tested every now and then. I've never had HIV and I get a minor STD every 3-5 years. Go bare.

I'm aware of what is available to help restore erections. My question is how long have you waited until resuming activity after surgery? My doctor says minimum 4-6 weeks. My regular MT says she has experience with ED clients so I'm curious what that will be like since you can still have an orgasm without erection.

It's very unfortunate that this has happened to you. There is one product out there I think may help you. It's called Trimix. It involves the use of an auto-injector pen that injects the product directly near the base of your dick. That sounds scary, but it's not painful at all. I've used it before and, believe me, it will get you hard as a rock whether you are horny or not. You have to be careful to monitor and adjust the dosage to avoid a hard-on lasting in excess of 4 hours because anything longer than that is in the danger zone. Some places here in Honolulu offer it. It's not cheap at approx $25 per dose, but it really works.
