The most common Testosterone cream is Androgel. You rub that stuff over areas covered by clothing, like your abdomen or even your scrotum. There are a few notable downsides:
1) It can rub off to other people by touch, so it may cause virulization (developing male characteristics) on children and women. (Edit: please dose well before appointments at AMP/Provider don't want these ladies getting mustaches)
2) Testosterone levels aren't stable. This has to be dosed once per day, everyday. Even so the levels can dip wildly from person-to-person, compared to injections.
3) It will shut down your natural test production, so you might go through all that trouble without seeing the benefits of more reliable TRT.

I have been mongering since the 1980's in Europe (France, Germany, Denmark). I saw my abilities wane as I aged- so I went to the testosterone clinic at Restaurant row, and been there for 5 years- blood tests, blood drains, roll on cream, estrogen blockers and you find your sweet spot- I have energy, concentration and still at work at a high level-.
Everyone needs to find their own sweet spot- I found mine.

General question. Do you guys use any spray or gel before your sessions to help you last longer?
I'm getting older and I feel like I don't last as long as my younger days.

If you have the money, you should try out one of the local clinics that will take you on as a payer (non-insurance) until you get your numbers right--until you find what doses you need to take to get to the sweet spot. I don't recommend you do your treatment on your own before you find your sweet spot. You could do some considerable damage to yourself if you mess around--although I admit it takes a whole lot to accomplish just that. Point is to do a lot of research, and go into this knowing that there are risks involved that vary from person to person.
Is it worth it? Yes it is.
I've been on it for 5 years now, and the quality of life improvements because of it easily surpasses the years of following dead ends. I've tried things like Testosterone Optimization Pills from GNC to making sure I had enough boron or magnesium in my diet.

I'm currently in a great situation with SBs that's really got me living more healthy and working out more to keep up with them. I'm in the best shape I've been in 10 years and feel great, but still would like more to keep up with 3 college age girls at the same time, as well as more gains in the gym.
Thanks for any info / pointers on how to approach TRT safely and responsibly.

But be advised "testing" is not fail safe. I've been in for an MRI and it was "good" which matches my blood testing diagnosis. Going the route of biopsy is the final method, but pretty involved and last resort before actual surgery to remove your prostrate if they think you have cancer.
The outcome after removing your prostrate is different for everyone, as are the "after effects" from the procedure. I'm not looking forward to any of it and postponing it all into the future as far as possible.

Everything is free and confidential. Then only go by numbers. If get something then go see your pcp for medicine. I'm kinda scared for bbfscip too. BBBJ and card good.

Had some good times last year with mainly Chinese BBFSCIP. I'm sure many of us have done it. And if I'm getting it, so are many others. One I even wore a cover but when I pulled out, cover was in pieces. I like DATY but not the commercial stuff.
So I go to my family doctor once a year for the physical and he always says, your ok normal. I don't know what the numbers mean. So I have to believe him.
Last week I sign up for the STD program, at a different clinic. Cost me $200 so I hope it covers a lot. Draw lots of blood for each test. Doctor said your here take the in the ass shot anyway. Ok. Needle didn't hurt but the after reaction felt like a kick in the ass.
My test results came back negative. Thankyou.
I know it's difficult to resist but times have changed. Think I'll stay with the HJ, BJ finish this year. YMMV stay safe.

How do you folks get rid of boils? When one has diabetes and at times uncontrolled boils come out. Some get them on their ass where skin runs and so on. Massage therapists usually don't care but for a guy it hurts. I use to put bandaids but some therapist massage with no care in the world.
