    No issues with Atorvastatin

Been on Atorvastitin for years and years. No side effects. Had a stroke so take care of your Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, Sleep Apnea, Diabetes and one more thing which I can't remember to help avoid strokes.

Current natural pace would take until early next year to do so. I'm thinking of getting stantins to speed up the decrease, but worried about side effects. I'd like to hear if any mongers have tried it themselves and if so what were the results.

    Recommendations for Chiropractor and Acupuncture

I am looking for recommendations for a chiropractor and acupuncture. It doesn't have to be a one stop shop, but looking for a place that does good work. The body ain't getting younger and pickleball has the body hurting. Thanks in advanced!

Interesting. Did a quick google-fu and saw mixed reviews.

If you're in your 20's, getting on TRT us a bad idea. It could permanently damage your endocrine system. Like Waverider said, bloodwork is important. Once you're on TRT, it's very difficult for your body to produce natural test.

You can get very good info about testosterone and steroids (some TRT clinics will prescribe steroids, apparently) from Derek at More Plates More Dates and the Anabolic Doc on YouTube.
I've been on a TRT regimen for a little over 4 years now and I'm 45. My initial free test levels were not extremely low but I chose to optimize as I lead an active lifestyle and do shift work which can be a detriment on hormone levels as we age. I'm also under a specialist care who prescribes me test cypionate and anavar. The anavar I cycle at 8-10 weeks 50 mg a day and then 3 months off. Everyone's needs and dosage can be different and everything I do is monitored with regular bloodwork to which I have had zero issues or side effects. I would advise you do your own research and educate yourself. And for fuck sakes don't get on gear cause you think it will help you get jacked and you'll get chicks. Since being on TRT it has 100% improved my overall quality of life and I don't regret it one bit.

Please don't try to school my on the negative side effects or an uneducated opinion. I have been actively weight training for years prior to TRT. Eat a fairly balanced diet, meal prep my foods, monitor calorie intake, run diets between carb cycling, intermittent fasting, bodybuilding style workouts 4 days a week with cardio sessions in between. I would advise anyone against doing it for the wrong reasons and even more so if you're going to be a pussy and not willing to put in the work. My energy levels feel like how I did when I was in my 20's, jacked with a stiff dick at full salute. Just sharing my experience, research, research, and make your own informative decisions, this is my way.

My doc has me on Pravastatin 40 mg. So far so good. The doctors should have your records so they know what side effects if any you have. I started on 20 mg but never changed my diet so had to bump up to the 40 mg. I started it about 5 or 6 years ago.

Good luck man we all are getting older. Good thing they make drugs for most of what we end up getting.

Of course, one person's experience with a particular drug may easily be different from another person's experience, so it would be a good idea to Google the potential side effects of any drug.
I also been talking Atorvastatin. 10 mg for about 9+ years.

No side effects for me. It has been very effective on the total cholesterol and somewhat on the LDL.

    Again YMMV.

Anavar is a DHT derivative. Your body cannot convert it to Estrogen--which your body still needs in order to have a sex drive. Doing it without a Testosterone base is a bad idea (because regular Test converts to DHT and Estrogen). Body builders take it alongside Test injectables for about 4 - 6 weeks at high doses (50 mg and higher). Any more, for most, will cause liver damage.

You can take Anavar everyday, indefinitely at low doses (5-10 mg). I do and it does kick up the sex drive a bit right after I take it but it's not very long lasting. I have tried it at the high doses and it's way better than any preworkout I've taken.

With that said, it's expensive as hell, coming in at $100 for 30 pills at 10mg. Roughly $16 per dose. Picture shows 5 Anavar pills between everyones' favorite Blue miracle and a Quarter for reference.

Edit: one of you asked, so 2nd pic is what a 1 year of doses looks like, without the insulin needles. (about $90 total)

Young or not, I would recommend you get your levels checked at the very least. Your insurance should cover it no problem, and you don't have to pursue TRT treatment. That's because modern TRT levels have dropped a lot.

If you google "Try Guys Testosterone Levels" some of those young guys had the levels of old men. In honesty, they looked more like mahus to me, but they do match some of the younger people I see out there.

    Here's a vid about it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V9kCIs-do6U.

Who knows? You might be in for a surprise. I sure was. When I first started at 36 yrs old, my levels were that of a 60 year old man. My dick still worked but I was gaining some pounds. Got right on it before it got worse.
