Have used Healthlabs once here before and went to Pali Momi. They checked I'd though and corrected the fat fingered name given. Also there was an extra 15% lab surcharge (HI pricing?] which wasn't on the final confirmation screen. The site offered a refund when called about it, but ended up just getting the tests done for the peace of mind.

If not I thought diamond head health center offers testing or planned parenthood?

I think Diamond Head Clinic does std testing. I'm not sure if they do or don't need your personal information.
