Have to agree with you on the WORST provider list. The ones you mentioned are either DEAD FISH, emotionless, they've been in the business way too long. And they have way too may rules. "I don't do that. , go see somebody else" is their new lines. Avoid them unless you have them as a regular. They have so many regulars that they don't need any more new buiness is the reason for their dead fish attitude.
