Fisting is one of the things I love to do. Over the years I've gotten pretty good at it.

As has already been pointed out, fisting requires: lube, PATIENCE (sometimes in abundance), and surgical or other type of latex (or some non-allergenic material - ask the fistee first if she's got an allergy to latex).
