I concur. DC / NOVA is more expensive market then Balitmore. Baltimore is a lower end city city then DC. Fed Hill and Canton are Gold Mines. Women in these areas get drunk and give it away free every weekend anyway, they have no problems getting paid for it. I interchangeably use this forum for both DC, Baltimore, and that huge no man's land in between those two cities. The DC forum is hit or miss, and Baltimore's forum has been generous, so I must give back here.

Besides, I know that many of us travel in between the two place, so I like to keep it simple.

Each city provide different attributes in their women. It is very easy to find a lot of 7+ women in DC, but they infected with the GOS unlike most Baltimore girls. Baltimore women are usually DTF, but it's much harder to find a 7+ that does not have GPS. Both places have nuggets, but you have to search hard.

Just do your research, go out there and put in the time to experiment, and share some of your actually findings before you ask for someone else's hard work.
