I used a prepaid non re-loadable unregistered "visa vanilla" debit card from the dollar store preloaded with $90. Not sure if I'll renew (My SB moved) but when they try that card again it won't work.

Also note that those "green dot" cards charge 7.95 AFTER you activate them, so if you get one be sure and add that amount to your initial balance. The vanilla's sell for $4.95 up front, but don't add a fee later later.
