1) If the shots are all from knees up. Kanckles.

Funny story that led up to this one. Never spoke with her before. Anyway, I've been chatting up this Asian / Latina chick (can't remember) really hot pics. But could never get time off. You are so right, that fits 99.9% of the time. I have to admit there were a few hotties on SA that just either don't know how to show sexy pics, or just don't want them out there for the world. But for the most part, you are dead on.

WTF do these SB's think we're paying them for, their good looks? Hell yeah, that's exactly what we're doing! Oink Oink! For me, the amount of financial assistance directly coincides with their looks and to a much lesser extent the skillset and menu. As previously stated, pics can be very misleading but rarely (and I mean almost never) will the SB look better in person than the pics! Just go in knowing what you see is the best it's going to get and be prepared to make concessions for whatever imperfections may arise (and they will). I've had what I thought was a 2 bill SB show up and turn into a one time 0. 5 just because it had been a min and I needed some assistance. I've also admittedly had the 0. 5 (looks) turn into a multiple repeat due to an excessive skillset or menu (I like what I like) but they never get any more cashola than the 0. 5!

Because of the above, I personally try to avoid negotiations until the meet / greet because it's easy to say 4-5 bills via text but in my experience once they meet up, the prices in their heads do nothing but drop once I outline what I'm looking for! Most SB's are either thinking $ for nothing (NEXT) or just the usual "stuff". Get them thinking "damn I just want to do the basic simple stuff instead of all this freakydeaky crap" and all of a sudden expectations come WAY down! I like to hit them with the best monger negotiation statement EVER: "So you're saying we're going to hang out for 2 hours and the words no or stop will not come out of your mouth?"
