Took the plunge and decided to give her a try.

She was cute and interesting. Has a place in a safe area, southern side of town subdivision, dk if she's still there. I've seen Kelsey. She's cute and friendly and had an average / above average time. Of course this was a couple years ago and I heard she has had a kid since then so don't know anything current.
