According to the Gestapo Agent that night, he informed me that her just being in the car was in violation of the statute, he also claimed that just going up and down a known street where they walk, is enough for you can be ticketed.

Any truth to his statement.

Ironically at the end of the incident Gestapo puffs up his chest and states,; I hope you contest this, that way I can tow your vehicle.

They passed some goofy ordinace like that a few years ago I don't think its ever been challenged in court maybe contact the ACLU and see if you can get some help.

Being lost / missing your turn and having to come back down the road, on a public street is not a crime. Neither is being nice and giving a lady in need a ride. His statement was reverse psycology. He hopes you pay the ticket, thus admitting guilt and accepting his recommended punishment. If you didn't do anything, and didn't admit to anything, you're fine.

You may have a decent chance at fighting it then. Usually the only way they will just write a ticket is if you admit it, otherwise they opt for taking you to jail. I would get an attorney and have them contact the prosecutor and see what evidence they have. Did they take her phone, get a confession from her, etc.

There is a Facebook group I think it's called Hoe Hoarders of Huntington now. It was another name. They are following people around and taking pictures of guys picking up girls and posting them on Facebook group. Not a good situation. They're also getting a little carried away with it as I saw one they said citizen submitted which was a vehicle just parked in an alley for a while near a known location. Apparently all you have to do is be in the wrong area to get your picture taken and presumed to be trolling.

I'll give them credit, that's enough for me to cancel / move my mongering plans for today.

There is a Facebook group I think it's called Hoe Hoarders of Huntington now. It was another name. They are following people around and taking pictures of guys picking up girls and posting them on Facebook group. Not a good situation. They're also getting a little carried away with it as I saw one they said citizen submitted which was a vehicle just parked in an alley for a while near a known location. Apparently all you have to do is be in the wrong area to get your picture taken and presumed to be trolling.

The officer said it was a &500.00 payable fine.

He also stated at the end of this ordeal, that he hopes I contest this citation so he can seize my vehicle? WTF. ?

Anyway to make it short, is this worth contesting?

Can anyone recommend an Attorney?

A word of advice don't over pay when they are walking they will do it for a third or less of what they charge on backpage or craigslist hold the line and don't let the little head do your thinking.

I'd like more info on this one too. I have a thing for redheads! If anybody has her name or digits let me know. With Craigslist gone and the other AD sites kind of drying up may have to start cruising a little more.
