Generally speaking, if there is a sting going on you aren't going to see a cop within miles of the place up until its too late.

Always better to be safe than sorry for sure, but generally speaking. Still cops in the parking lot are a pretty big deterrent.

I would have bailed also. Quite possibly without sending the police out front text as I would have assumed it was a set up on me.
