I have no proof, but I'm pretty certain that a good portion of clients that a provider sees has nothing to do with this forum or any other related forums. It's also fairly easy to accept that if Benz1 has leveraged UTR benefits he's also not the only one that is doing so with these providers.

If a ban is called on said provider, only forum readers will see this and possibly even those that are separated by the 2nd degree. How much that affects business for someone, who knows. I imagine for some it'll affect it a lot. I imagine for others it'll barely affect it at all.

As for price collusion. I'm also fairly certain some providers do network with each other and "price fix" and others don't due to the same reasons Benz1 provided. I look at pricing from a lot different perspective than others though, I don't see a set price for a service. I see what I'm willing to pay and what I'm willing to not pay in light of the provider providing said service. If provider, in my eyes, is a 10 and providing 5/10 service I have a price that I'm accepting to pay. If they are providing 10/10 service, I have a different price I'm willing to accept. Etc etc.

Companies raise prices for products all of the time, are they price fixing? Maybe in some cases yes, maybe in some cases no. I think the same logic applies here, but hey maybe I'm wrong.

Really at the end of the day, a provider will provide a price. You'll make your own decision if that's acceptable or not. You'll make another decision on if you choose to share that decision with others or not. Stay safe.
