Actually not strange at all. Many of these girls have either trac phones, burner phones or are barely getting buy and can't pay their phone bills. Not unusual at all. Some have emails, try those as well. Also, just because it was out at time of calling, it might work later that day or the next when they can get minutes or the bill paid.
