Honestly, sounds kinky enough but at the same time very risky.

Think about it- since it is gated you cannot get out until the person puts in their code. Once you are in, you would be stuck until she let you out. Also pretty sure that storage units cannot be locked from inside the unit specifically to discourage homeless people from renting one for $50 a month and using it as a residence. Would be pretty easy for an accomplice to simply walk in.
