Thanks Jeffc for your input. You're a well respected poster who I know was instrumental in stopping some of his harassing and stalking of other ladies in the past.

I would like to add that in November of last year, Frank attempted a pathetic apology in the blog section here. Most people don't even know it exists and never go there. It's way down the blog list. It's called "To a ladies defense" and only has a single post and is moderated by Timemaker. In it he says repeatedly how he screwed up, lost Parker's trust' and is out. Quitting the hobby, ceasing all texting and harassment. Obviously did not follow through with his promises. Lasted all of about 2 weeks.
