Coming to town and in search of a good massage with HE (BBBJ preferred but will take HJ) and I really can't find anything after looking at all the sites I know: STG, ER & RR. Are there any independent masseuse in town that can give a decent massage? If not, what's the AMP of choice out there?

It seems like Dubuque is not a good place to open an AMP in; One or two pop up, they run for a while, then all of a sudden the LE get a fire under them and they run out and make themselves look like they are doing their jobs. Too bad, sorry to see the parlors go.

I was doing some"research" earlier on RM, and they have the place on Locust as being closed? Does anyone out there in Dubuque area know if this is true, and any additional intel on why? I'm just curious, I did a review on my visit there a while back, and so it's peeked my interest. Thanks.

Things appear to have cooled off. Just be careful. Not always worth the risk.

Checked this place out recently. Had Angie, nice lady. Massage was actually pretty good, she let me do a little roaming, but did nothing too daring. On flip, she worked her way down, and asked for permission. I said sure, go ahead. Her skills were not very good, I ended up giving her directions, which she took well. Decent overall, but I don't see myself going back. She seemed disappointed with a $40 tip.
