Saw a girl hanging out in front of the Waibar area. I got working vibes from her. She was carrying a black purse or bag couldn't tell. I was with friends so couldn't talk to her. It's the second day in a row I've seen her when passing by there. This was around 12 am. Somebody try talking to her and toft and report LOL.
