Gov ave has a spot where they hang by the empty old store at the corner of the parking lot. She was seen on the far west end of Lockerman street. Right around New Street. Since you'll be from out of town, you won't have to worry about being seen by someone who knows you. Which is one reason why I go out of town to do a lot of my biz. If I see anyone in Dover, it's either early in the morning before sunrise, or in the evening when it's dark. That's only in the fall when the time goes back an hour and it's dark by 5 pm. I circled around and did get to talk to her. I asked her what her name was. She asked why. Which is understandable. Probably thought I was a cop. I asked her if she had a number. She said no. So I just rode off. Anybody aware of who I'm talking about? It's really going to be hard for me to do any kind of carplay in Dover. I may can get away with it if it's before sunrise. But there's no way I can pull off carplay in Dover. The only other time I tried carplay was with Sunshine back in October. That's only because I had five hours a free time while appearing like I was working. That's when I was supposed to hook up with Melody in Seaford that same morning but got ghosted. She's not an early riser. I did eventually hit Melody up the very next day late in the evening. But that was the only time I tried carplay. Since the last time I seen the blonde SW a month ago as I was leaving Spences Bizzare. I've seen her two more times this week. So much for the theory of her being undercover. As I was riding through town around 2 pm Tuesday, I seen her sitting in front of this building on the corner of New and Lockerman st. It used to be a liquor store years ago. Then another place of business. Now I believe it's vacant so a lot of people be hanging out in front of the same building. Mostly soul brothers. She was sitting down and had on this red and white floral dress and high heels. The next day on Thursday I just got done having lunch so I rode down Lockerman to see if she was around. Sure enough. As I was riding by she was walking down Lockerman st and to the corner of Kirkwood st where she turned down. So I circled around, made a left on Queen, right on Division, a right on Lockerman, then turned on Kirkwood st so I could get a name and number if she had one. As rode past her a little, I slowed up and was about to stop so I could say something to her. But right at that instant, someone I knew very well was coming from the convenience store / gas station on the left. So I kept going. She had on this blue and white floral blouse with black tights and the same black high heel shoes. I've rode through the area at least three more times since then but haven't seen her. Good as she looks, that's probably why she's not around a lot. I don't like carplay but she is definitely on my radar.

As I was leaving Spences Bizzare in Dover around 130 pm, I made the right on Queen st. As I was riding by I looked to my left and noticed this woman walking. She was white, looked like she was in her 40's, had on all white. A white jacket and a short white skirt that came up midway to her thighs. Nice legs. Looked to be about 5'7 or 5'8 but she did have heels on. She was hot to say the least. The way she looked, she looked way TGTBT to be walking around that time of day. I got stopped at the light. She made a left on the corner of Queen and was heading down Lockerman st. There's not much down that end. There used to be VW dealership right on that corner where she turned. My first thought was if she was undercover because I ain't never seen anything looking like that walking around town. Especially in broad daylight. I wasn't alone when I seen her.
