There's just not that much going on in poor old Kent county. LOL.

When I was new in DE I read the entire threads and that gave me an idea of where the strolls were located. But of course things have changed - "The Office" was a prime spot, but it has been gone for many years! Down state in Dover, not sure what is the deal.

But if you venture up into the New Castle County area, north of the C&D Canal most of the street activity is in several places. Unfortunately, The Wilmington area has numerous strolls, not just one prime spot and over the years the activity seems to migrate from one to another. These days, when I go out I tend to hit 3 or 4 of them in a loop, often a couple of times before I see anything.

New here from another site where I built a good rep. Starting over sucks especially with the sites shutting down. Where is the talent here in DE?
