I have seen reports by dudes who got banned. So take any discussion of "help" off site to private (monger) email.

2) Generally the game is weeding out the pros (UTR girls) and the girls weeding out guys who want one-off dates with pros. Generally, even though a girl is being a pro, by being on that site, they don't want to feel like a pro. Yeah, I know. But when you can figure out women's brains, you'll make a tone of money! LOL! So it takes a different approach than BP dating or other mongering.
