And yes cops CAN get away with touching and in a couple of states including Hawaii can even have full on sex with the escort and then arrest them for prostitution.

A smart provider doesn't offer a sex act aloud or give a price verbally before the customer asks specifically for those services. LE can't ask or offer specifics. If they do it's entrapment. They can say "what do you do?" If she answers he can ask "how much?" If she answers she gets taped soliciting. So typically they will ask you what you want. Mutual touching is another way that providers check. That's the fun way. I prefer to be sitting up when the girl comes in without a towel and lightly grope her. I can't believe you can get something in California cheaper than you can in phoenix. The going rate in Phoenix is 160 for everything covered. Depending on what spot it's usually a BBBJ however. If you want bbffs which is rare to find in Phoenix it'll cost you 200.
