From going to her website, and looking at her Twitter, I would bet that she is an actual, bona fide escort. The images of the mountains in the background of one of her photos on Twitter look like the Huachucas, and she is complaining about the financial burden of paying mortgage on her new house in southern Arizona, as well as the heat.

She apparently moved from California, which would account for the out of town phone number.
