I ended up in Cedar Rapids again last night. I started my rounds about 11:30 and didn't see any action on the 2nd/3rd Ave stroll. I was in the area for about 45 minutes when I finally saw Kathy. I was out driving between 7 and 8 p.m. on Tuesday night and spotted a brunette with jeans and a white shirt. She was sitting in front of the white house at the corner of 12th St. and 3 Ave.

I was in Cedar Rapids again last night (Tues). I checked out the 2nd & 3rd Ave stroll and did not see much action. I had hoped to find Julie again or maybe Tiffany - no such luck. It was about 50 degrees so I figured maybe it was too chilly outside for the ladies.

After about 45 minutes of driving around and stopping at Quik Trip to kill a few minutes things did start to pick up.
