I'm not trying to argue or debate the subject. But I will say that as long as you have signs on your home saying "you are being recorded". You have nothing to worry about from a legal standpoint. That's why whenever you walk into any business they have to have those stickers on the door etc. It's not your fault if people don't read the warnings. That's how private place is cover themselves legally. And this does not only apply to businesses or non moving structures. But don't believe me, always do your own research.

A business is privately owned but a public space. It's not the same expectation of privacy in Target, McDonald's, or a big office as in a private home. For example, no one expects to be able to strip naked in their cubicle or the produce aisle. Are signs in your home enough to make the private home space not private? If the signs are only at the front door, my guess is no. Reasonable people would assume they're being filmed out front, not inside. If the signs are prominently displayed in the bedroom or living room where the deed is going down, then maybe, maybe not. However, wouldn't that put a damper on the mood with most sugar babies? It's not intended to be a high horse and it's not sacred. I'm just letting the group know what the law is. We all take risks in this game. Everyone is free to decide how much risk they want to take. For example, PPM is illegal, and most are violating that one. An allowance could be over the line too depending on your communications about what you're paying for. So again, I was just letting the group know that secret videotaping in a private space is illegal in Georgia. I didn't think it's a well known law.

Everyone is free to decide whether to worry about the legality of secretly taping. Some like me won't do it at all -- It seems wrong to me regardless of whether it's legal. If others don't agree and think it's fine, then they can decide for themselves whether to take the risk. And to be 100% clear. I never once said I did anything without anyone's permission. Someone else said that based on their assumptions. I made it clear that all of my videos were "private" and that there's decent equipment out there that can be used in all situations with ease. I would ignore this advice to secretly videotape sex. It is a felony in Georgia to secretly videotape another person in a private place. As far as I know, the courts haven't decided whether a car is private, but a home or hotel room is private. So a secret camera in either place is illegal and a huge risk.

Even if a car is eventually deemed OK (and it may not be), do you want your face in a mugshot and on the news as the creep who secretly recorded sex acts while trying to convince the authorities that a car wasn't private enough to be covered by the law? You may avoid jail, but youll spend a fortune on lawyers and lose your friends and family and your job.

I concur with this take, especially since most of these chicks have gladly let me get some take-home videos. First time on here in a little while. Bored and have a little time to kill so I thought I would do some light reading. I've been really busy with a rotation for a while. You are reading something I didn't write. While of course he knew / knows how to protect his constitutional rights, there right on the site were things he had posted.
