I'm not trying to argue or debate the subject. But I will say that as long as you have signs on your home saying "you are being recorded". You have nothing to worry about from a legal standpoint. That's why whenever you walk into any business they have to have those stickers on the door etc. It's not your fault if people don't read the warnings. It's not intended to be a high horse and it's not sacred. I'm just letting the group know what the law is. We all take risks in this game. Everyone is free to decide how much risk they want to take. For example, PPM is illegal, and most are violating that one. An allowance could be over the line too depending on your communications about what you're paying for. And to be 100% clear. I never once said I did anything without anyone's permission. Someone else said that based on their assumptions.
