How to conduct a good verification? Does a girl hold her I'd and take a picture?

There is no checkin time. There is a time range for the booking you make, but if you're not there at the beginning or the end, no biggie. I have used it a lot. No credit card or I'd is required to make the reservation. You should cancel if you aren't going to make it, but if you don't, they have no idea your real identity and can't charge anything.

I used another site / app, HotelsByDay, during the pandemic, there was an awesome place on there. I used to meet my last long-term SB there, for like $100.

As I have a SO, I get the SB to book the room. She has to check in, and give a drivers license and credit card. Sometimes this info gets put onto the TV in the room so I get her full name that way. Before I got busted by the warden I used to get rooms myself. I found that if I paid in cash upon checkout, the credit card charge was reversed and it never even showed up on my statements.

This strategy works in nice areas. In more seedy areas, there are a lot of bad things that can happen when people pay cash for hotel rooms, so some lower level places will not accept cash (and post a sign to that effect).

I've had some of the hotel front desk clearks not even know what dayuse.com is or understand the reservation, so it's good to call before you head there to make sure they have a room, and have some idea what is going on.

By that same token, if you get the room in the afternoon, say from 2 pm to 6 pm, or a similar time, I think they probably forget about you and could probably stay longer, or even overnight. I haven't tried this before, but did leave an hour late and never heard from anyone.

Yeah, basically. Example: I've used 2 places near the Battery recently. One lists room availability from 10:00-2:00. The other from 10:00-5:00, and priced at $119 and $124. When you reserve, they ask when you plan to arrive, within 1 hour increments. It's not really a confirmed reservation, as all payment arrangements are made directly with the hotel when you arrive. Last week I said I'd be there between 10-11. I cancelled at 9:45. No issues.

Also had the promise of an early checkin only to get there and be told they wouldn't have a room til like noon or later. The answer for me has been Dayuse. It's been reviewed here in the past.

You make a reservation in advance (or same day). No prepay or deposit required. In fact you can still cancel the day of your reservation before checkin without any penalty. Availability during the day varies by property. But usually they are 4-8 hour stints between 8:00-6:00. Nice mid range hotels in the $100-120 range. Some as low as $70. Airport, Buckhead, downtown, Perimeter and and Fulton areas. A couple near the Battery have become my go-to's. Only had 1 issue one time when I was meeting near the airport, and because of weather delays, the rooms hadn't turned over at the Marriott. I was SOL that day, but it's worked perfectly the rest of the time.

I often post on this topic. You can use the Hilton website search and just have the same day for check in and check out.
