I think most people are honest but you need to trust your instinct. I will look to see for any needle marks or teeth issues.
Good hygiene usually tells me that odds are in my favor.
I won't do anything without a cover except a BJ.

Gentlemen. You of course should discuss whatever topics you wish on this site, consistent with the terms of service (worth re-reading from time to time) - I would never ever discourage you from posting. Here is a cautionary tale though. A gent in Philly who is an atty was holding forth on these very topics (of quite young SBs) on their sugar thread. Somehow, this caught the attention of LE. They evidently tracked him down IRL (therefore, don't assume all posts here are completely anonymous) and had a conversation w / him concerning activities he personally might have been involved in. While he was never prosecuted, or charged, or anything, you can understand how this situation scared the bejeesus out of him. He is not active at all on this site or in the sugar world as a result, he views it as too high a risk.
Lead on McDuff.

TLDR. Don't do it.
My dumbass brother started "dating" a 16 year old in Georgia when he was 44. There was a knock on my parents' door by the police because the girl was reported as a runaway and they were looking for him. He did not face any legal consequences since the age of consent in Georgia is 16. However, his face did appear on the local news with the story being should the age of consent be changed. If an employer Googles his name, the whole situation shows up. Not worth it.

You are basically placing your entire life as you know it, including your freedom, in the hands of a teenage girl. You are betting your life on the fact that a teenage girl is going to keep her mouth shut and not tell one single solitary soul about what's going on. ESPECIALLY in this day and age of social media. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! Hell, it's hard enough to find a fully grown adult woman or man that can keep anything to themselves. People can't keep secrets worth a damn. I had 3 teenaged step daughters and trust me they LOVED to talk. CONSTANTLY! My female coworkers NEVER shut up and constantly gossip. I bet 75% of them gossip in their freakin' sleep! I have one chick at work who I swear is ADDICTED to gossip. She sends so much time telling everyone else's business that she NEVER gets her work done, sad!
No way, no how, NEVER EVER would I place my life in the hands of a kid just to get laid. The juice is NOT worth the squeeze! Furthermore, if you get caught and imprisoned, guess what? Chances are you will be someone's prison bish or you'll be getting the hell beat out of you the whole time you're in there or both. I've heard that prisoners do not take kindly to child molesters. And no matter how someone wants to sugar coat it with the sugar daddy angle or anything else. If convicted of having sex with a minor that's what they will consider you to be.
Didn't mean to preach, but PLEASE. If anyone reading this is even remotely considering doing something like this PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT DO IT. For the sake of the kid and yourself!
There are plenty of rants on these forums about how overpriced pussy is. If we don't want to spend too much money, then surely you don't want to pay for it with your freedom, your reputation and possibly your life. Right?

Federal Law is the stickler: it's illegal to have *unlawful sexual contact* with people under the age of 18, to transport said people over state lines, or to engage in explicit electronic communication with them. And if you're paying, it's unlawful sexual contact.
I had a regular creampie fuck toy who was 18 (this was in an October and she'd turned 18 in August) and discovered that she was a *senior in high school*. Even though totally legal (18), I dropped the situation just because *she* would be around under-18's, and it just felt like too close for comfort. Like I wouldn't want her to bring some friend over for a three-way I'd have a hard time saying no to.
Best practice is to consider 19 a cut off. Just in case.

The authorities look the other way when it comes to sugar daddy / sugar baby arrangements, but technically, they are illegal prostitution most of the time. PPM is definitely prostitution, and allowances and gifts are too if there's a deal of pay for play. It's not something the authorities are going to waste their time trying to prosecute. Trips, gifts, and money are part of regular relationships too, so it's hard to prove.
However, the authorities are NOT going to look the other way if a 16 or 17 year old girl (or her parents or protective brother) complains after the fact about a sugar daddy. The prosecutor will treat the gifts and money as payment and prosecute the sugar daddy for prostitution. And it's going to be very hard to convince a jury that it's not illegal prostitution. The penalties for prostitution involving a minor are much worse. Also, if the sugar daddy took the girl on a trip, then the sugar daddy could be looking at federal charges for transporting a minor across state lines for sex.
The sugar daddies hooking up with a 17 year old are taking a huge risk. If they get caught because someone complains, they're lives are going to be ruined. Registering as a sex offender stays with you for life. That's why I checked IDs on the several young sugar babies I saw. Fortunately none were under 18. If any had been, the coffee date would have been the end of it for me. One was 18 by only a week or two despite being on the site for months, but she was legal when I saw her.
