Bummer. I wrote a detailed report on Blue Angel and it disappeared. I'll try to redo it here.

Basically, Yoyo of Mayflower told me she was opening a new Spa in Kukui Plaza Mall called Blue Angel.

I went there on Thursday when it wasn't quite finished to check it out. 2 guys were still working on it and there was debris all over the place.
