Seven arrested in sting

Tribune Staff Report

Seven South Bend women have been arrested as part of a crackdown on prostitution activity, police said.

Police in plain clothes and unmarked cars arrested the first woman at 9:55 a.m. Friday near the intersection of Chapin Street and Ewing Avenue, according to a South Bend police report. The other women were all arrested on the southwest and northwest sides of the city by undercover officers between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Four of the women face both misdemeanor and felony prostitution charges. The felony charges allege the woman had two prior convictions for the same offense.

Naomi Dixon, 38, was released on $750 cash bond and is due back in court Sept. 17. Tasha Thomas, 32, Jeannette Fowler, 41, and Cindy Bell, 38, remain in the county jail in lieu of $750 bond and are due back in court Sept. 9.

Two other women, 38 and 35, remain in custody in lieu of $250 bond on misdemeanor prostitution charges.

A 48-year-old woman was released from jail Monday on the authority of a deputy prosecutor.

Hey All, i was in SB tonite around the Chicago Steak House, and saw 2 guys drag out of the bar on corner a big black girl, she was yelling, screaming, and calling everyone names. Ask a guy next to me what happened, said she was caught in guys john offering BJs for 20 bucks.

Hey ALL I saw Rachel today at a stop light on Michigan, so i waved her over. We talked and decided on a 2 hour hotel date. We went to a hotel she knows for a 3 hour nap at a cost of 22 50. We decided on C note for the time and she tells me for the full 3 hours the price we agreed on is cool. SO we go, after a few mins of small talk, she goes to shower, and invites me in, and OMG i forgot how this girl loks nude, and wet. Not going to bore you with details, but for 3 hours of almost anything you can name, and 3 shots on goal, 2 of which was CIM, she totally left me spent. she is a HSW, but is pretty, nice shaved kitty and super clean. likes to moan and graon and will slipped into Spanish if she is having a good time. she is a solid 8 on scale for looks and 9+ for service. She hangs out on michigan, but lived over by flowers. Elkhart's been fairly quiet lately, but I continue to investigate. I was out this evening (8/16 around 5:30 pm) and saw 3 companions.

Number one I have seen before average height, long, straight brunette hair, extremely thin, no boobs and a lousy face. She acts a little too strange for me to stop and inquire.

Number two I have dated before. She goes by Katy and I'd guess mid thirties to forty, 5' 3", about 150#. A bit of sag in the boobs and belly. She has a house for the deed. I circled, but by the time I made it around, she was gone.

Finally, I spotted number 3 from a couple of blocks away. She was just kinda sashay-ing along. Probably med height and weight. Looked like she had nice boobs and she definately had a nice ass. She had long, wavy brunette hair and, as I noticed later, eyeglasses . I have a fantasy of giving a facial to a date right on her glasses. I'd give her about a 7.5 on the sw scale.

Unfortunately, as I closed in I noticed one of EPD's finest pulling out of a side street so I had to pass right then. She didn't give me the look either. {I've had EPD do me like the SBPD did Tazz in his 8/6 report, so I tend to be really careful.}

I took a really long circuit around and when I got back I saw her a couple of blocks from the previous spot and down a side street. I had to make one more loop to get in position only to see another monger beat me to the spot. He looked like he was going to pass so I followed and drove by, getting a good look at her face as she crossed the street and got in his van. I made one more circle just in case they couldn't agree to terms, but they were gone when I came back. She is definately cute and I'll keep looking for her.

At this point, I decided LEO was too heavy in Elkhart (as I saw some other cruisers in the area) so I headed toward South Bend and made a couple laps on Michigan and Main Streets. I saw 3 probables...a tallish fat, blonde, a smaller blonde and a really old looking fat girl having a discussion with a black fellow. None really struck my fancy and it was getting late, so I called it quits. I did see a couple of SBPD crusiers around.

This happened friday morning. I was on Michigan headed north by the appliance store, and was a cute blonde walking down the street, i honked and she waved and smiled so i did the loop, and caught her on the next side street. She a 30s blonde, thin and tall at 5ft 9inches, face needs work, but nice body, and personality. So we go off to a safe place she knows, of all places a garage off ewing. i go in and there is a few sleeping bags on floor, and piles of junk. for 2 pic of pres. jackson, got a good BBBJ, and doggie with a CIM finish. About 2:30 pm yesterday saw 2 wsw walking south on Main. They turned on Culvert (sp?) and I was able to catch up with them on Michigan by the grocery store. One was butt ugly and fat but the other was Sandy who I have dated before. Sandy is in her 30s, blond, slim, saggy tits and a little baby fat on the tummy. Tight little ass though which looked good in the tight shorts she was wearing.. Looks like a 9 when you see her on the street. I rate her a 7 mainly due to mechcanical service. If she provided GFE she'd be incredible.

Hey I was pulled over last nite on Michigan and block north of Mc Ds by a marked unit. I never saw him until he was behind me. Said i didnt use a signal to change lanes, i never changed lanes since i turned by Bobs appliance store, but there was a cop sitting there, and was my 3 rd go around in 15 mins so maybe cop one(by Bobs) called cop 2 to pull me over. There was nothing on the street, and i was going to call it a nite anyway, but Mr Leo made sure of it. No ticket, just looked around the car, gave a warning, and told me to have a good night. I went home. be careful, LE looks like they hitting you even before the girl is around. Scared me off the stroll for a while.
