Two weeks ago my girlfriend started having some issues with her lady parts. I was bracing for it to be something where we had to have a not fun conversation. It turned out to be a yeast infection, just a crazy one according to Urgent Care. Needless to say I breathed a sigh of relief when I got that news.

That brought me to this question. Is there any way that you could catch something innocently as if you weren't hobbying? I was kind of going in blind with no explanation if it had turned out to be a STI.

The only thing I could think of was someone goes for a massage, they don't change the sheets, and you catch some terrible luck and pick up a bug. I know it's not likely, but as a last ditch effort excuse. Anyone got anything more reasonable?

Hoping I never have to cross that bridge but I realized I'm woefully underprepared if I do.
