The Chinese and Korean investors are very aggressive and offering 3, 5, to 15% over val. I know of 2 other ohanas that did take the $$$ and run away from Hawaii and enjoy life. The Paradise as we grew up with is ever-changing. By the way, our presentation to the Mayor and Gov of course got shot down because of their agendas. Hoping Rick moves our Oahu in a positive direction from here, now cannot wait for the Gov. To finally go away. Hold on tight, 2021 going be another insane ride.

While complaining gym is open, what is open, kids hang out too much, some oldies hovering to fuck bb prostitutes and old bar ******. Went to Waikiki beach today by Ilikai side, had tourists. Had a mix of people wearing and not wearing masks, whatever, it comes down to how strict our leaders want to mandate masks or not. Oh well, I did get to see a pretty nice Japanese girl (not sure if local or tourist) walking by so that was nice.
