All the time. FBI or IRS or some other kind "government office" calling to scam money or my info. I just hang up on those calls. The real government never makes phone calls. They just send me a letter in the mail which may have a phone number for me to call.

Yes. I've noticed that it goes down each night at 9:20PM (Hawaii time) and stays down until approx midnight.
