Just wondering, if a monger posts that he visited and establishment the same day and the records of the establishments video shows that he was there coincide, wouldn't that be pretty good evidence? On a one to one situation, you are absolutely right. But when you have a witness who works with the LE and claims that shit happened, and then you have online in a forum that shit also happened, it is now a supporting written evidence. The complexity of what charges and what the LE is doing to be able to gain this so called "trumped" up charges are the tactics that has shifted recently.

Unless you lawyer up and defend yourself, which will cost you a pretty dime, and you add in the fact that you have previous criminal records, you stand a very low chance to say, OH, online written shit are all BS, you can't use that against anyone.
