EAST CHICAGO | A game of who's in and who's out continued at City Hall Thursday, as Mayor George Pabey announced the termination of several more department heads.

While the firings of more key officials under the administration of former Mayor Robert Pastrick came as no surprise, Pabey said he was holding off until early next week to announce replacements.

Among those employees terminated Thursday was Donald Koliboski, Pastrick's deputy special assistant, who served as interim director of the Robert Pastrick Marina. Koliboski, who had served with Pabey on the East Chicago Common Council, said he was disappointed Pabey didn't deliver the news personally.

Also terminated were Parks Superintendent Jose Valdez, Water Department Director Rose Parker, Street Department Superintendent Andrew Callas, Human Resources Director Estelle Quiroga, Drug Testing Coordinator Ed Duwar and former Personnel Director Anthony Mrvan, who had been serving on a contractual basis as a medical benefits advisor since his retirement last summer .

I can't stay on the porch, so I run with The Big Dogs too. I had a wonderful GFE down in Dallas once and thought I might just save up for an escort GFE here some day. Answers my e-mail with "I'm sorry, will make it up to you" We set a time and I called "Sky". "Give me a few minutes to eat" she says and stop and buy some translators (not for speaking French, I hope?) New brand name motel (looking better) knock on door and "Sky" opens same.

Pictures were probably 5-8 yrs & 50 lbs ago. Not my type (thick, not BBW) but I'm in it now.

Very pleasant and talkative, lives there with another girl, her baby and a puppy. She got down to start speaking french and asked for a translator. I asked if it was necessary. She said "No, but it's extra .5 (we settled for.15, but I was short and she took .1) She had a soap opera on the TV and would pause to watch when something dramatic came on. (I kinda liked the start and stop) She also stopped to yell at the puppy several times.

Her french speaking skills were very good and I was about to finish my cup of coffee. I didn't want to end the lesson by finishing my cup too soon. I was afraid to ask for another cup because I thought it might be another upsell. She said if it wasn't too hard to drink I could have as many cups as I could stand in an hour. She said she liked pouring coffee, especially french coffee and I slugged it down.

The second cup was poured, but sip as I might, I couldn't finish it even though I was trying to get interested by petting her little kitty. But this cat did nothing for me, just not my type. BBW tatas didn't work either so when my hour was nearing it's end I told her in spite of her fluent french speaking, I was coffee'd out.

I should have seen the red flags that kept popping up. Different name, wrong e-mail, no calls and outdated pictures, TV on and distracting puppy. But I was thinking with the wrong head.

If you don't mind BBW and a few distractions, it wasn't a bad 1 hour french lesson for a reasonable bottom line of 1.6.

If you feel like "running with The Big Doggies" and can figure out how to search their recent archives, look for SkyofCh***** and there will be a web site link and agood e-mail addy.

Went to P&Ms today at noon. Fifth trip, but first in 6 months. No cars but went in anyway. Dot bartending, Mabel was in, three ladies no guys. I am approached by one before I sit down. Another within 20 seconds of sitting down. You just got to love this place. First lady way too pushy, but Sabrina[ name ??] was cool. Black, thin, pretty. Asked if I wanted two girls[ Michelle had just walked in]. Offered $30 ea, settled on $40ea and they supplied the room. No hassles at all. Bought them each lunch afterwards[ polish/FF/coke].

Both ladies were clean and enthusiastic. Michelle clearly has a drug problem but was fine at this time of day. Michelle gave a bbbjcim, excellent. In all honesty, I couldn't have done it with the librarians- they are just not my type! One thought did come to my mind- that I wouldnt mind watching action at the library- even if it meant me sponsoring a dance. Maybe, I can let you know when I visit again and you will let me watch!

I really thought about cookie, but was too shy asking her (even after she offered) and hence didn't care to negotiate any $ with her (How much would it have been anyway?). Besides, the locale (and her story as she told me)was a little scary for me too and I decided I'd ask the experts here at first!

Do a search on Cookie (look at the menu to the upper left side for "Forum Search"). There's been some stuff written about her. My experience with her is mixed (first time, gfe, great titfuck, unloaded all over her face -- second time, seemed high and not so great). I probably won't be doing her again.

Felt the urge to do some mongering last night.

Did the normal cruise. Up and down 20 and up and down Broadway.

20 was dead no action at all.

Broadway had 3 BSW North of 45th Ave. Nothing good enoght to stop for. Noticed a SW walking with a hooded parka on. Did the cruise around the block to get a better look. Bingo, WSW early 20s.
