Look at the city or location in the ad. If it says "USA", "downtown", "outcall", nothing at all or anything but your location and surrounding areas, then guess what. You can also look up another city and voila, you'll see the same pictures. Guess what that means.

Try using the filters on the stg site, will weed out most of the fakes for you, will not weed out the scammers however, use the reviews on this forum or take the plunge yourself for that.
