I hope some of the tips here help the mongers to be more cautious.

1. How LEO finds pictures for their ads: They find pics in various social media accounts or some porn profiles on the web often times outside the US. The faces would not be revealed largely, and no nude and outright sexual pics will be present.

2. When they set up sting ops, they prefer nicer hotels vs. Shitty motels (though not always true, for instance, a month ago, the LEO set up a sting in a motel on Main st. And (I forgot the side street! A small street close to Capital University);.

3. LEO checks, or touching the genitals is the thing of the past--it does not work anymore. If you have text messages implicating you in the potential sex acts, this is enough circumstantial evidence to get you convicted by the jury. Also, in the past, stings were set up in a way where guys would show up in the hotel room, put the money on the desk and then they would be arrested. This is not true anymore. Nowadays when a guy would knock on the hotel door and a woman opens the door, and the guy would enter the room, this fact of entering the room would be enough to imply the agreement to engage in sexual activities (no money on the table needed anymore), particularly if in the text exchanges the guy would indicate the agreement to the price and to the sexual activities-this will be enough to convict you on circumstantial evidence. You can be arrested in the parking lot of the hotel if you have text message exchanges about the agreement to engage in sex and the money you would pay-- no need to go to the room, if you have a phone on you with all the text messages that shows this is you who communicated with the decoy.

4. Do not take any stuff, if asked by the girl, with you to the appointment. This can be condoms (this is the most incriminating thing you can bring with you! Or a drink or a pack of cigs, etc. Also, if you bring enough money, as agreed in the text exchange, that will be evidence against you. Do not leave your phone, or condoms, or any other potential evidence in your vehicle--your car will be arrested and searched as well as you. Remember they will need your phone to establish that this is you who had been communicating with them, and without your phone and its records you cannot be positively identified as the one communicating with LEO. So if you show up in the room without your phone, they will not be able to prove that you are the one who made all the agreements by text.

5. LEO wants to make sure you are not dangerous, so they may ask you to stop by a gas station to buy a pack of cigs or a bottle of Pepsi, and you will be under surveillance all this time--the purpose is to make sure you do not pose substantial risk.

6. Do not directly incriminate yourself with the info that would indicate your sexual intent; be vague or even say I do not want any unlawful activities, I just want to meet for fun, friendship, nonsexual role-play or video-recording; when talking about money be vague and dubious or say you are prepared to compensate for the time and companionship only and nothing else.

This is real talk. I was driving home and got caught at the light at Joyce and 17th Avenue at 1:00 am or so. There was a lady type figure standing there or so I thought. Something didn't look right, so I circled back around. There was this person / thing standing there. It's face was puffy or swollen badly. The hair was like a bad wig, it was all black. The scariest part for me was their eyes were black and hollow. They tried to talk but it was more like a painful groan. I sped off. Like an idiot though I circled back to make sure I was not losing my marbles. This time I was on the opposite corner. It was sitting down. There is virtually no traffic that way at that time of night.

What did I see? An old black lady drug user on her last leg? An old tranny? Told a friend about it yesterday morning. They told me I seen the devil. He appears in many forms. I believe them. Anybody else seen this out while roaming? I'm still traumatized by what I saw. I don't scare easy.

I haven't seem anything that weird so far but your story gave me chills for some reason because I do see the devil sometimes until I was a catholic and christian but now I don't believe other than aliens. So far I believe they look freaky. May have to drive around that area at that time of night to see if my balls are made of steel or not. Stay safe and drink some coffee!

My question related to using a lunch / dinner date as a way to pre-screen an escort that nobody has already reported on.

Was bored this morning scrolling the old posts and wanted to add my $0. 02. I do this all the time as a verification method. I'm suprised more don't. I also 99 percent of the time make the meet in a different jurisdiction then the one that they have their incall in. If its a pig or a provider working for a pig I want them to have to write hours and hours of paperwork for a case that will fall apart in court very easy or get a plea bargain to disorderly conduct. Unless I see multiple rock solid reviews from other respected seniors I never meet at a hotel without this type of meet and I only sometimes will meet at a house before this type of meet. I've done my verification meet at gas stations, diners, and bars. These have ranged from talking a few hours at a bar over a drink or two and dinner, to extremely quick gas station meets where I can tell they are legit and we proceed with what we may or may not be doing. The only other way I skip my verification method is if a provider uses their real number, or provides their address and I am able to google it or search it on a few other websites and locate their real name. From there I run checks on the auditors site, social media, and case search websites to see if they are real and have any recent drug / soliciting charges. If they have minimal stuff like weed possession or soliciting, I skip this verification and proceed with the meet generally on their turf is OK in this situation. If its recent felonies, depending on how good looking they are I either decline or if I'm feeling it I require the verification meet to ensure that they arent working with the pigs and then take them to a room that I purchase with my cash under their name to ensure it isn't bugged and to ensure my name isn't tied to the room. Yes both of those situations have successfully materialized for me and ended in great nights. Remember, alot of recently busted providers are dumb enough to believe that if they help the pigs sting their clients they will reduce their charges. They won't. Foolproof? Absolutely not. But wanted to add my methods, I'm not the longest tenured but I do have near a decade under my belt in this game with zero arrests and only robbed twice.

I'm about to speculate again because I have no way to confirm this, but Humpty D kinda reminds me of another user who used to post in the Cbus and Cincinnati forums under the name Amon777. Yeah. I visited that sub a lot. You described it to a T. They don't want you contact them, get to know them, etc. But looooove when they get extra gifts. I would do the same thing if providers speculated my username. Nobody but me outside of the internet is to know my username. Whenever I post a review I intentionally say that I hung out with the individual another day then I actually did so they can never really know for sure its me if they happen to know about this site. I have had providers state that they know about the site though without me telling them. Usually I respond with "oh yeah I know about that site. I don't post on it though. " As far as Humpty, Jizman, or anything on this board being part of an investigation? Impossible, Theres a better chance of the DEA scoping out someones house for months and breaking down door to get a civil citation for a nickel bag of weed. Nothing on this board is admissible evidence if it was in the US, let alone in Montreal like it is.
