Guys,

I set out for the downtown zones Monday around one in the afternoon. While I was making my there on Wake Forest rd, I passed a hispanic woman walking down the street. General fact of life, when something over advertises like this, they usually under deliver. I'm not interested in checking the fairgrounds out. Can only imagine what creatures show up to dance. Them: Charlotte police are using cameras to capture images of cars that repeatedly circle "known areas of prostitution" and sending letters to the owners of the cars whose license plates are captured saying that they have been spotted in that area.

Raleigh: ANY private citizen can turn in ANY license plate (no evidence or proof required!!!) claiming that the car has been driving in a "known area of prostitution" and a letter to that effect will be sent to home of the owner of the car saying they have been "caught!"

Think of it!! Don't like someone? Turn in their license plate! This is getting out of hand. This is worse than vigilanteism.

If any of you get letters, let us know! I'd like to hear what the letter actually says, implies, or threatens.

Hey guys,

I cruised through the zone between Oakwood and New Bern today at about four, just an hour ago. There was some real action to be had, sadly, I could not stop. I saw one tall dirty blonde wsw that I catch time and again, actually pretty for a sw. Another wsw whom I have never tried before was out on Lane, she dresses odd for a sw. Cruised the zone / route around 3:30-3:45 PM Thursday afternoon. Not much to report except lots of activity on Martin including a throng of young crack hustlers and the pookie types lingering about.
