My dear friend Kayla went to the other side. Mandii still tries to hit me up but I'm not sure if it's her whacko bf or not.

Its called meth mites. Has something to do with dehydration and itchy skin. Which gives them the impression something is there that needs to be dug out. Sometimes they think they're digging out black heads or pimples. Really its just picking at yourself because your high and fidgety.

It's the idle scratching. Lots of drugs do it, when I was hooked on pills I would scratch the same spot til the skin was coming off. Then you got your pipe wounds I. E. Blackened worn down teeth and white lips from crack or meth.
